Manual Therapy

This refers to “hands-on” treatments which including soft-tissue release techniques, joint mobilizations and manipulations to improve restrictions in range of motion.

Education

Our team strive to educate our clients on their anatomy, diagnosis and prognosis of their injuries and how to prevent them.

Dry Needling / IMS

Dry Needling / Intra-muscular Stimulation is a modern technique taking advantage of our nervous system’s control on our muscles.
